What You’ll Do: The Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation team is responsible for designing and scaling the operating model for how CoreWeave plans, sources, builds, and delivers data center capacity for our customers. We partner closely with Supply Chain, Product Engineering, Data Center Operations, and Enterprise Engineering to turn strategy into execution and measurable impact. This role sits within Supply Chain Strategy, a focused group of global process owners and technical program managers that acts as an internal consulting and transformation office for supply chain. The team leads multi year transformation programs that modernize our processes and systems, move us from fragmented legacy tooling to an integrated digital stack, and build the data and governance foundations needed for resilient, data driven decision making. You will work alongside leaders who own critical supply chain domains and programs such as advanced planning, S2P, inventory and fulfillment, and broader systems modernization, and you will help translate strategic decisions into concrete roadmaps, implementations, and ways of working that scale with CoreWeave growth. About the Role: You are the day to day orchestrator for the PDM and PLM implementation within Supply Chain Strategy. You coordinate our PLM vendor, IT and engineering partners, and business stakeholders to move from future state designs to working, adopted capabilities. You bring structure and rhythm to a multi phase program so that scope, decisions, and dependencies stay clear and visible. A small portion of your time (~10-20%) supports the broader Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation portfolio by keeping intake, prioritization, and roadmap views organized. In This Role You Will: Own the end to end PDM and PLM implementation, coordinating vendor teams, internal cross functional stakeholders, and IT partners across design, data preparation, build, testing, launch, and hypercare Partner with the global process owner and functional leads to document future state processes for product data, part and BOM management, and change control, and translate them into system and integration requirements Coordinate with IT and engineering teams on PLM configuration, integrations with ERP and other supply chain systems, and overall technical readiness Plan and run user acceptance testing and launch readiness activities, including test scenarios, defect triage, and hypercare tracking Support change management and enablement for PDM and PLM, including materials, training sessions, and structured feedback loops with pilot teams and early adopters Support Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation portfolio management for a small portion of your time by helping maintain intake, prioritization, and roadmap views for supply chain systems initiatives Who You Are: Three to six years of experience in technical program management, consulting, product implementation, or a similar role working on enterprise or supply chain systems Experience running or playing a central role on large cross functional programs, ideally implementations or major upgrades of PLM, PDM, ERP, or comparable operational platforms Exposure to PLM or PDM tools such as Arena, Aras, Propel, Teamcenter or similar, or to adjacent systems that manage product data, bills of material, or engineering change Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems, build clear plans, manage risks and dependencies, and keep multiple workstreams aligned Strength in capturing requirements, mapping processes, and writing simple and clear stories or specifications that business and technical teams can act on Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort summarizing options and tradeoffs for senior stakeholders Comfortable with PLM or PDM platforms, work tracking tools such as Jira or Asana, and spreadsheets for basic analysis and reporting Curiosity about how AI, large language models, and agents can support program management, documentation, and change management Preferred: Experience in high growth hardware, manufacturing, or cloud infrastructure environments Hands on experience with Arena or closely related PLM platforms Experience helping design or operate portfolio management processes such as intake, prioritization, and roadmap governance for a systems or transformation teamExperience in cloud infrastructure, data centers, hardware/semiconductor, or other complex, capital-intensive supply chains.] Wondering if you’re a good fit? The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
