Hey everyone, Please read this entire post carefully before commenting or DMing. This is non-negotiable.
We are hiring TWO video editors to work together on a single Instagram account (my personal account) that posts AI-driven content using video avatars. This is a fast-paced, creative role with long-term growth potential.
🔹 ROLE OVERVIEW
You’ll be working with HeyGen (AI avatar platform) to turn scripts into high-quality Instagram videos, then polishing and elevating them using Premiere Pro (or your preferred editing software).
The AI avatar will always be present in the video. Your job is to: • Perfect the avatar render • Elevate the video through editing, motion, pacing, and visual storytelling
🔹 WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
1️⃣ AI Avatar Creation (HeyGen) • Take a provided script + voiceover • Create the AI avatar video in HeyGen • Optimize, tweak, and re-render multiple times until the output looks clean, natural, and premium • This step is crucial — quality control here matters a lot
2️⃣ Editing & Post-Production • Import the HeyGen output into Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut / DaVinci (your choice) • Add: • Fast, engaging cuts • Motion graphics & animations • Text overlays, emphasis captions, visual cues • Sound effects (where relevant) • The goal: high-retention, scroll-stopping Instagram content
🔹 EDITING STYLE (VERY IMPORTANT)
We are NOT looking for generic editors.
You must have: • A strong sense of aesthetics • Your own signature editing style • Minimal or maximal — both are welcome • But it must feel intentional, sharp, and recognizable • Good understanding of: • Instagram pacing • Attention hooks • Visual rhythm & storytelling
🔹 OUTPUT EXPECTATIONS • 10 videos per editor per month • Both editors will collaborate on the same account • Turnaround speed matters, but quality > quantity
🔹 PAY & INCENTIVES • Budget is flexible and open for discussion • Pay will be on par with top Instagram creators/editors • Performance-based incentives: • Bonuses tied to views & content performance • Long-term opportunity if things click
🔹 GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
Right now: • You’ll be working on one Instagram account (mine)
In the near future: • This service will be offered to external clients • Editors who perform well can: • Manage client accounts end-to-end • Take on leadership / higher pay roles
