[Hiring] Looking for a US based marketer for my web design clients.

I currently do freelance web design, and a lot of my clients ask for marketing services. So I want to add a marketer to my team. I need to be able to refer my clients to you, and have you text them directly. I am looking for google ads, social media marketing, email marketing, and facebook and instagram ads.
